ALK Level 2 - medium alkaline pH 7.5 - 8.0 to drink mineral-rich and oxygen-rich pure water for detoxification (detoxing) of your body, faster recovery after exercise through better hydration of the body and an abundance of antioxidants for your health. After drinking alkaline 1 for 3 months, you can make this choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALK Level 3 - strongly alkaline pH 8.0 - 9.0 for drinking tea and coffee with pure water - keeping the pH at a good level - and for watering plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALK Level 4 - very strong alkaline to pH 10.0 to cook (organic) vegetables and rice in pure healthy water, improving flavour as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level H2O - pure water for taking and better absorption of medicines, vitamins and nutritional supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
