ALK Level 3 - strongly alkaline pH 8.0 - 9.0 for drinking tea and coffee with pure water - keeping the pH at a good level - and for watering plants.

ALK Level 4 - very strong alkaline to pH 10.0 to cook (organic) vegetables and rice in pure healthy water, improving flavour as well.
