So the difference between Spa and Bar-le-Duc in terms of ph value is big.
Where does spring water and mineral water come from
The brands Chaudfontaine, Spa, Sourcy, Bar-le-Duc and Evian are available in the Netherlands. All these brands are different types of mineral or spring water, sourced from different European regions. Spring or mineral water is taken directly from natural water sources. The spring water is bottled with health-promoting minerals and other substances. However, only as long as the water bottles do not contain too many minerals and the bottles are not made of plastic. There are also spring water brands that bottle spring water from Dutch wells 400 metres underground. The ph value of this spring water is also fine.
Source water pH value varies

To improve the ph value of drinking water, you don't need to buy a water ioniser in the Netherlands. The pH value of tap water is already fine. Mineral water and spring water also have far too low a pH. So the relevance is lacking for the question pH value spring water!
