The pH of bottled water varies.
Ph value of bottled water varies slightly at first glance. However, the ph scale is a logarithmic scale. Between a Ph value of 6.0 and a Ph value of 7.0 there is a factor of 10. You can drink tap water from the tap. More and more Dutch people prefer spring water and/or mineral water to tap water. Usually, this drinking water is packaged in plastic bottles. Conscious people choose bottled water or a water ioniser. The demand for mineral and spring water in the Netherlands has become very high. The ph value Spa Blue is 6.0, the ph value Chaudfontaine is 7.0, the ph value Evian is 7.2, the ph value Sourcy is 7.5 and the ph value Bar Le-Duc is 7.6. So the difference between Spa Blue and Bar Le-Duc in terms of ph value is big. So the ph value bottled water refers to the softness of the drinking water and also the packaging.
Where do spring water and mineral water come from?
The brands Chaudfontaine, Spa, Sourcy, Bar-le-Duc and Evian are available in the Netherlands. All these brands are different types of mineral or spring water, sourced from different European regions. Spring or mineral water is taken directly from natural water sources. The spring water is bottled with health-promoting minerals and other substances. However, only as long as the water bottles do not contain too many minerals and the bottles are not made of plastic do they contain healthy water. Therefore, there is a trend towards bottled water made of glass with a good pH value. There are also spring water brands that bottle spring water from Dutch wells 400 metres underground. The of this spring water is also fine.

The pH value of bottled water varies
Pointing out that you should drink Spa water is funny because Spa water is acidic and has a pH of 6. Spa Blue has an acidity or pH of 6, which is too acidic for the body. Better would be a pH of spring water between  7.3 and 7.6. Then the pH value Bar Le-Duc and the ph value Sourcy come closer. The ph value Chaudfontaine at 7.0 and the ph value Evian at 7.2 are also perfect.

The quality of mineral water is not determined by the ph value bottled water but by the surface it has to travel and the likelihood of contamination it is exposed to. Industrial pollution, oil residues, heavy metals, chemicals and the like, or pollution from agriculture, especially nitrates. Quality natural mineral waters from Belgium include Spa, Valvet and Chaudfontaine. Vittel, Evian and Badoît, among others, come from France. The quality is guaranteed by the Ministry of Health. In the hospitality industry in the Netherlands, you get Sourcy in a glass bottle. With Chaudfontaine and Spa Blauw, you still get a plastic bottle or directly into the glass.

Ph value bottled water less important than ORP value
The ORP value is an indication of oxygen richness in water. Water straight from the mountains still carries the structure of a snow or ice crystal. Due to the long journey it has taken to the Netherlands, that structure and the vitality of the water have disappeared. The purchase of a water ioniser brings that ORP value back to the desired level. This makes the water feel fresh and vital. To improve the ph value of drinking water, you don't need to buy a water ioniser in the Netherlands. The pH value of tap water is already fine. Mineral water, spring water and bottled water also have far too low a pH. So the relevance is lacking for the question pH value bottled water!
