Hydrogen (gas) acts as a powerful antioxidant in our body by giving off electrons to the free radicals. Once the free radicals receive an electron from Active Hydrogen (H2), it becomes pure water and is removed from our body. This reduces inflammation and promotes recovery. The cap fits almost any (twist-off) bottle up to 28mm diameter. It is recommended to drink from glass or metal bottles due to plastic nanoparticles that are bad for health. Recommended to use purified water. The bottle in the H2CAP Plus is made of special plastic where there is no health hazard.
