• €1,200 minimum deposit.
• 4 instalments staggered payment of each €250.
• 200 euros extra charge for staggered payment.

We charge 200 euros for the staggered payment. The term for rent is not correct. It in a buy construction with installment in 4 months.

• 5 instalments staggered payment of each €300.
• 200 euros extra charge for staggered payment. 

We charge 200 or 250 euros for the staggered payment. The term for rent is not correct. It in a buy construction with installment in 5 months.
