Detox juice cleanses are hugely popular. With a so-called juice detox – also known as juice fasting or a juice cleanse – you cleanse your body from the inside out and give your organs a rest. And with a bit of luck, you’ll lose a few kilos too. January is always the month to put December’s New Year’s resolutions into practice. For a whole month, we don’t drink any alcohol, suddenly make sure we get enough exercise and focus en masse on healthy eating. Naturally, with the intention of keeping this up for as long as possible after January. And that’s the problem. A 3-day juice cleanse can easily cost 200 euros. Isn’t there another way to detox? Yes, it’s very simple: drink living water every day!
What exactly does a juice detox involve, and what effects does it have on your body? A juice cleanse is a short period during which you drink only fruit and vegetable juices to give your digestive system a rest. The liver, kidneys and bowels have less to process, making it easier for the body to eliminate waste products. This effect occurs within two to five days.
In practice, the benefits of such a detox programme cease as soon as you return to your normal diet. The lack of a daily routine afterwards is precisely why many people find themselves starting all over again time and time again. Drinking structured living water — water with a higher pH and smaller molecular clusters — can provide that daily support, without high costs or strict rules.

Fasting or detox juice cure what is it?
A juice cleanse, also known as juice fasting, is a way of boosting your body’s vitality. You drink fresh juice for just 1 to 5 days. This helps your body to detoxify and reset your system. A juice cleanse usually involves 6–8 juices a day. Juice contains no fibre, so your bowels get a rest. Your body gets a rest during the juice cleanse. This allows it to focus on detoxification. Would you like to start a juice cleanse? If so, there’s another method to consider alongside a juice cleanse!
What are the pros and cons of detoxing with a juice cleanse?
Juice fasting or a detox juice programme has many benefits. Healing organic juices boost your immune system and overall vitality. You’ll experience more energy, improved focus and a healthier complexion. The downsides, however, are the preparation involved, the high cost and the lack of scientific evidence supporting detoxification through juice cleanses. The phasing-out and phasing-in stages of a normal diet take a lot of time. The best results are achieved through complete abstinence from solid food. This can sometimes prove challenging. Your social commitments may throw a spanner in the works.
Do detox methods have side effects?
Side effects of a juice cleanse vary from person to person. Of course, you might feel a bit like you’ve got a hangover because you’re stopping eating solid food. On the first day, you might feel a bit more tired and sluggish. Juice doesn’t contain any fibre, so your body needs to get used to it. You’re giving your bowels a rest, which frees up the energy that would normally be spent on digesting food. This allows you to focus on the detoxification process. During the first two days, you may experience a mild headache as your body enters detox mode. Proper preparation helps to minimise these side effects. Before starting a juice detox, you should stop consuming processed foods, red meat, alcohol, coffee and nicotine.

Detox juice cure does not take three days but a total of nine days
There are many juice cures and there are other detox options as well. The whole detox actually lasted nine days with a three-day cure. A three-day detox package contains 24 juices and herbal teas.It is 8 juices per day. It is best not to eat solid food during the juice cure. Apart from juices, you may drink only water and herbal tea. The quality and purity of the juice you drink during the juice cleanse is very important.
To get the best results from a cleanse, it’s important to prepare your body properly. Before the detox, you reduce your normal food intake for three days with what is known as a ‘pretox’ – and after the programme, you gradually build up to solid food again during the ‘aftertox’ period. No processed foods, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine and no red meat. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The preparation and wrap-up phases are similar: no coffee or alcohol, no animal proteins or processed foods, and no sugar. Do include: water, whole grains, pulses, fruit, seeds and nuts.
Lively meltwater is hexagonal water and a powerful detoxifier
How can this work better than detox juice cure? You will probably wonder what is living water? It is a Russian invention from the 1980s and has been further developed over the past 40 years in Japan and Korea. A water ioniser has several functions in 1 device. Besides being a good water filter, its main function is to give tap water its energy back. From its snow form or ice crystal form high in the mountains, it takes a long time before you drink it. Meltwater has proven its power in villages where residents get above 100. And drink a lot of meltwater that has been melting very slowly and stored for several thousand years at extremely low temperatures, below -30°C. Meltwater contains a lot of hexagonal water.

Detoxing with miracle water much easier than with a juice cleanse

Normally, water consists of clusters of 12–13 water molecules. Hexagonal water has clusters with hexagonal rings, each containing 6 water molecules. Many scientists have carried out numerous studies and experiments and discovered that meltwater from a village known for its long-lived inhabitants helps to ward off the ageing process and disease. Dr Moosik Jeon of KAIST and Dr Gyuhak Lee of the Cancer Centre at Mercy Medical Centre carried out extensive research on this subject. Other medical scientists have also reported that hexagonal water protects important cellular components. Furthermore, it prevents and treats many incurable diseases and diabetes.
You don't have to go to a long-life village to detox with a juice cleanse
A detox juice cleanse can be done much more sensibly and cheaply. A water ioniser means you don’t have to travel to the mountains to drink meltwater. The stools of people living in a ‘long-life’ village are almost odourless and the colour of egg yolk. What’s more, these stools are very light, so they float on water. Anyone who spends a week in one of the ‘long-life’ villages will notice that the odour of their stools has disappeared. You won’t see anyone there staying healthy on juices alone!
If you ask people living in villages with high life expectancies around the world what their secret is, you’ll get a variety of answers. Some say the secret is being vegetarian. Others say they eat food rich in lactic acid bacteria. Or that they are very happy. Continuing to work and not retiring is another frequently cited answer. However, there is one secret they all have in common. They practise healthy water drinking!

Living water and measured motility
This is because the motility or vitality or energy richness of water atoms differs among water types. And is measured in Hz. A summary of these is given below.
Tap water 120 Hz
Spring water 110 Hz
Water in a long life villages 75 Hz
A water ioniser generates alkaline ionised water 54 Hz
The lower the Hz figure, the more active the water is and the more it can be described as “living water”. Water with a Hz value higher than 120 is described as “stagnant”. This stagnant water easily harbours bacteria. If you drink ionised alkaline water for a few days, your stomach will feel comfortable. What’s more, your stools will smell less and float on water. This means that alkaline ionised water has normalised your gut flora. So you don’t need to go to a ‘village of longevity’. Drinking healthy meltwater can cure abnormal fermentation in the gut. Choose to detox with a water ioniser and no longer detox juice cure!

Detox juice cleanse or drinking living water — both methods aim to support your body’s natural cleansing processes, but they do so in fundamentally different ways. Living water, rich in minerals and with a structured molecular composition, works gradually on a daily basis, whilst a juice cleanse offers a short-term, more intensive approach.
